Return Policy
Purchases from Bins: All items purchased from bins are final. There are no refunds for these items.
Purchases from Shelves: Customers can return items purchased from shelves within 24 hours with the original receipt and original packaging with the exception of clothing items; clothing sales are final.
Clothing: All clothing sales are final.
Customer Care
There are enough great deals for everyone, so we encourage you to take your time. If you need to examine merchandise more closely, please contact a sales associate; please do not tear boxes or packages in the bins.
Bins & Wins Liquidation Store is a family run business, so we love to see families in our store! However, please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
We provide quality items and the best prices to our customers. To keep all items in good condition, no food or drinks are allowed in the store.
We value our customers and promise to treat all customers with courtesy and respect; we ask customers also to treat each other this way, as well.
Finally, to ensure a convenient shopping experience, we request that customers do not throw or toss any products into or outside the bins. When you are finished shopping, please kindly return shopping carts to their designated areas.
